Cars have been my passion since my first Power Wheels when I was 4. Since then, I've earned my Associates in Electronics Technology, technical degree in Automotive Technology, and ASE Master certification. I then became a Mercedes-Benz dealership technician for 12 years, and in that time, I also earned my certification in Sprinter vans, diesel engines, hybrid vehicles, electric vehicles, and glass repair among the 218 factory training courses I completed. My name is George Batraki, and I'm the owner and operator of George's AutoHaus.
Our Mission here at George's AutoHaus LLC is to provide you with a dealership alternative; the same level of workmanship, by the same factory-trained technicians, using the same OEM parts, but without the same price tag. We aim to stand in a league of our own with a level of professionalism, quality, and integrity that you won't find anywhere else. Our believe is if it's worth doing, it's worth doing it right.
Simply put: Attention to detail. You might think there's no difference in car care, and if you're lucky, that'll hold true. But countless times, we see a lack of detail cause major issues. Sometimes, there's minor consequences, such as the oil drain bolt leaking on this Audi from the crush washer having been reused. Other times, damages go into the $10's of thousands. Being a factory trained technician means the work is done exactly as the manufacturer intended with no guesswork, shortcuts or skipped steps. We do not believe in being penny wise, dollar foolish.
